1. Delivery Timelines
- Inside Dhaka: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- Outside Dhaka (All Districts & Sub-districts): Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
2. Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination zone and package weight.
3. Real-Time Courier Tracking
Once dispatched, customers receive an SMS notification with a live courier tracking code (Steadfast, Pathao, or RedX) to monitor consignment status in real time.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. Please ensure your contact phone number is reachable during delivery hours.
